All systems in our body are interconnected and function synergistically. They also interact in their own unique way with the outside world, the outcome of which determines what symptoms and diseases might manifest.

Disha  believes that air and water, the two most precious elements of the natural world are the conduits for healing energy.

Her mantra is that learning is the key to transformation and the more you learn about yourself and what makes you tick, the more meaningful life, you will lead. 

According to Disha, the most important aspect of human life is the one we take most of granted - OUR BREATH. It is our superpower and its time we learnt the use our breath to heal. She has learnt this skill using neuro dynamic breathwork techniques and the power of affirmations combined together.  Disha curates personalised Breathwork Detox sessions designed to meet your unique needs.

These sessions helps to release trapped emotions by tapping into the energy and emotions of the music and the motivational words as she guides you. Her guidance through the breathing technique ensures a safe, nurturing, and transformative experience.

About Disha

Tranquil Pixie was started by Disha Jolly, who graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor with a major in economics and communications.

 In addition to being a certified Breathwork Detox Facilitator she is also a nutritionist, a Functional Medicine Coach and Counsellor, Heartmath Certified mentor, Gluten Free Practitioner  and a certified Herbalist. She has  completed several workshops in Lymphatic Drainage and Vagus Nerve Stimulation.

Disha started her journey in 2017 with an aim to create awareness about a biodynamic way of being by living a life more in sync with nature and what it has to offer as only nature can help us to truly heal our bodies one cell at a time.
